What all products fall under the return policy?

We accept returns on Apparels and Footwear only. The request for return is to be intimated to our support team within 24hours from the time the product is delivered to you.

Whom do I inform about the returns?

You can inform us by writing us an email on support@fetise.com

Till when can I return the products and do you help in reverse pick ups?

To return the product you must intimate within 24 hours from receiving the product. You will need to send the product to Fetise or to its vendor by your own means within 7 days of the delivery. Fetise will credit Rs 100 as shipping cost to your Fetise wallet only if you have received a wrong/defective product from Fetise.

In no case can Fetise be held responsible for the reverse pickup of any returns; you can use any courier and share the AWB details with Fetise or its vendor.

How do I cancel an order? How do I return a product ordered on Fetise?

For outright cancellations:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount in Fetise Wallets.
If you cancel after the product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, inform us by writing us an email on support@fetise.com
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for exchange/refund, only in cases where there are defects found with the product but please intimate us within 24 hours from receiving it.

On order cancellations or returns do I get cash back ?

a. If the order is cancelled due to delay or for non fulfillment of the order from Fetise side then we refund you the amount you have paid but no discount voucher is credited back to your account.
b. If you do not want the product or have size issues then we cancel the order and give you only Wallet credits which are valid in your Fetise account for 90 days and have no redeemable amount on it. Its like your hard cash that you can use to buy anything from us.
c. Please note that in no case we will credit back the discount voucher amount in your wallet.

Is there any situation on which I get no refund and no return?

Items purchased on discount or bought using any type of store credit or promo voucher is for FINAL SALE and no return/ refund will be provided on them.

What is the difference between Wallets and Store Credits?

Wallet amount is your real money as it is equivalent to real cash that you can use anytime to buy on fetise, it does not have any minimum redeemable amount attached to it. On cancellations and on returns we credit the amount to your wallets for a period of 90 days, this amount can be used for future purchases on Fetise.

Store credits mostly will come with a minimum redeemable amount attached to it. Store credits is like a special promotional offer you get to enjoy your purchases at fetise. But if any purchase is made using these promotional credits then they are on Final sale and no refunds are done for the same.

How much time will it take to get my money credited in the wallet on returning the products ?

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your wallet will be credited with the amount within 24 to 48 hours after our Quality Assurance department has reviewed the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, re-sized or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

I have shopped from Clearance Sale/ Express Sale can I return the products?

With Respect to products sold in CLEARANCE SALE or EXPRESS SALE the return policy will not be applicable. Goods once sold would not be returned or refunded.

How much do I need to pay as Delivery Charges for my order ?

Fetise charges flat Rs. 100/- per order for delivery on COD orders, irrespective of the goods weight, volume, fragility, value or location. Orders placed in the same cart will be shipped together to pay shipping charge only once. On Choosing Prepaid as payment option you donít pay any additional delivery charges- Shipping is free.

What is the Shipping Time for the products I buy from Fetise?

Express Shop/ Clearance Sale : 1 day after the order placed.
Regular Events: 7 working days after the sale/event gets over.
Exclusive/ International Events: 21 days after the sale event gets over.
Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/ AWB numbers is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update through Email/ SMS/ Phone call.

What is the Shipment Process at Fetise and can I Track my order details?

Fetise dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on Fetise.com .You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page on Fetise.com.

Is there any limit attached to shop on Cash on delivery?

Fetise provides cash on delivery option only for orders amount less than Rs 10000/- { If itís the first purchase then amount is restricted to Rs 5000 } The COD order should get confirmed within 24Hours after placing the order or else the order will get cancelled. Delivery charges can be viewed at the time of payment or in the invoice or MY ORDER section. When someone fails to accept the COD parcel, Fetise reserves the right to discontinue the option of COD for that particular account.

I have received a Wrong, Defective or Damaged Order?

If you happen to receive defective goods or products that you havenít ordered, please send the products to Fetise warehouse and send us an email at support@fetise.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

You are entitled to a Complete Refund of your order only in case when you have been shipped with the wrong product or there is a manufacturing defect with the product and replacement of the same is not available.

You will need to return the product to us or to the vendor though we will reimburse the entire courier charges up to Max Rs 100 in the Fetise wallet, provided customer sends a snapshot of courier receipt.

What is the address of the Return Desk ?

In order to process an order return Fetise must receive the product unused and in its original packing to our warehouse- Fetise Fashion Pvt Ltd, 10/121 Chouhan Market,Opposite E-Block Market,Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076. Fetise will credit customerís account with wallet amount.

Do I get an Exchange of the product that I have purchased ?

As per Fetise policy, we have limited stock in our inventory and we do not guarantee complete stock availability of the products from the vendor at given point of time. We shall only offer exchange to customers based on the availability of the stock. Under no circumstances we commit for product exchange.

Can I stay updated on status of my order and track when it will be delivered to me ?

We keep you update on your order through emails and SMS so that you are well aware on your order. An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcelís progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If you are unable to track any information regarding your package/ parcel, please send us an email at support@fetise.com or call us at our customer care numbers.
