How do I track my order?

Do you want to return or exchange the products you received from Fetise?
Fetise must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was received by you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Good will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes. When will Fetise process my return?
We currently process returns in an average of 5-7 business days of receipt of your order at our warehouse. At times there can be delay of products from our vendors and it can get further delay your order. Although we’ll try to get your return processed as quickly as possible and keep you informed on the same.
What all Payment options do Fetise offers me?
Fetise accepts payments for your orders both online and offline.
Online you can pay by credit or debit card, net banking or through an EMI plan (currently only available to Citibank customers on orders above Rs. 3,000 in value).
Offline you can either pay by cash before delivery – where our representative comes to your specified address and collects the order amount from you a day after your purchase. Or you may pay by cash on delivery, where our representative collects the order amount from you on delivery of your order.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. You may cancel your order in this timeframe by sending an email to email@example.com or calling us on 022-612-80000 (Mon – Sat 8:30 am to 8:30 pm IST).
