How does Fetise work?
Fetise operates on a sales event format. A sales event could last from a few hours to a few days and you may purchase any available product of interest while the event is live. Fetise then couriers your order to you shortly after the sales event ends.

Any legal resident of India, at least eighteen (18) years of age can register on www.fetise.com to become a member. Once you are a member, you can shop on our site and enjoy industry leading discounts on luxury brands.

Fetise only deals in original and authentic products. Everything sold on Fetise.com carries our 100% Authentic Guarantee. We directly source products from brand manufacturers and their licensed distributors so there is no chance of these products being imitations or counterfeit.

How do I pay for purchases on Fetise?
Fetise accepts payments for your orders both online and offline.
Online you can pay by credit or debit card, net banking or through an EMI plan (currently only available to Citibank and HDFC Credit card holders Only For orders above Rs. 2500 in value).
Offline you can opt for cash on delivery, where our representative collects the order amount from you on delivery of your order.
Please note that we list products inclusive of value added tax, so the order amount that you see online is in fact the real price that you pay. -
When do I receive my order? And do I pay for shipping?
We ship your order to you within two weeks of a sales event ending. Fetise also has an Express Shop event in which we ships purchased items to you within 24 hours.
On choosing Prepaid as a payment option you have FREE shipping and if you choose cash on delivery you pay Rs 100 as shipping charges. -
What if I purchase multiple items in one order? Is shipping still free?
As we are an event based shopping site, we ship your product to you shortly after the end of the sales event. If you purchase items from sales events ending on different days, we ship your order in parts, and send your product/s to you as each event ends.
However, if you opt to pay by prepaid then we have Free shipping and if you choose Cash On Delivery (COD) for a multiple item order, you will be charged Rs.100 as shipping fee.
What this means is that if you make a COD purchase of two items from sales events ending on different dates (for e.g. 21, Oct 2011 and 27, Oct 2011), you will have to pay Rs. 100 in shipping fees. -
How do I track the status of my order?
Fetise sends you SMS and/or e-mails once you place an order online and when we ship that order to you.
You may also at any time view the status of your order in the My Account section of our website.
Additionally, our customer support team is happy to assist you with any order related questions and they can be reached by on e-mail at support@fetise.com. -
What is your refund policy?
Our 7-day return/exchange policy gives you time to make sure you have not received a wrong product, you have to intimate us with 24 hours from receiving the product that its defective or wrong product from our end. So please drop us an email with screen-shot on support@fetise.com

I have been shipped a damaged product, what do I do
Please send us an email support@fetise.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
This process starts with Fetise receiving the product from you in unused condition along with the original packaging.
Once we have received the product in acceptable condition we will check to see if we have a replacement in stock and courier this to you immediately. If the product you ordered has sold out you will receive an online store credit on Fetise that you may use for future purchases.
Additionally, Fetise also provides you a store credit of up to Rs. 100 for your shipping costs. In order to avail this credit you would need to courier the package to Fetise and send us the package tracking number via email on support@fetise.com.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. You may cancel your order in this timeframe by sending an email to support@fetise.com.

What is a shopping voucher?
A shopping voucher is a discount coupon and is our way of letting you know that we love you and are happy to see you getting the best deal for purchases on our site!
If you refer friends to Fetise we gift you Rs. 500* voucher after your friend makes their first purchase on the site.
Finally, if you have returned a purchased product to us, we provide you a refund in the form of a store credit voucher. All vouchers have a minimum order amount and expiration date. -
Why cant I see my store credit vouchers in my account?
All vouchers have an expiration date. If you do not see a particular voucher as part of your store credit it is because it has expired.

I have received a voucher number from Fetise, what do I do with this?
Fetise periodically sends out promotion vouchers by e-mail or post. If you have received such a voucher, you may only redeem it if you are a registered user on Fetise. In order to add this promotion voucher to your store credit log into your account, go to the Redeemable Credits section under My Account, here you will see an option to redeem your promotion voucher.

How do I refer friends to Fetise?
Once you log into your account, you can go to the Invitations section under My Account from where you can send friends an invitation to join Fetise. This section also allows you to view the status of the invitations you have sent.
At this time Fetise allows you to send invitations via Twitter and Facebook, via e-mail or by posting a direct link to a webpage.
When your referral makes their first purchase on the site, Fetise rewards you with Rs. 500 or 25% of order value (whichever is lower) of friends first purchase as a voucher. Maximum of Rs. 500 will be given as a store credits with no redemption limit and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
There is no limit to the number of invitations you can send and the amount of referral purchase credits you can accumulate.

How do I change my password?
When you get to the login page you will see a Forgot Password link on the bottom right of the login panel. Clicking on this will take you to a page where you may either submit your Fetise registered e-mail address or your registered mobile number.
Fetise will create and send you a new password for your Fetise account. This will allow you to login to your Fetise account, where you may change this password to something of your choice on the Profile section under My Account. -
I want to make a purchase but my city is not reflecting in your City drop down menu.
Please contact customer support by sending an email to support@fetise.com. If your area is serviceable through any of our courier partners, your city will be added to our system within 24hrs.

Why is my refund not showing up in my credit card/bank account?
Our payment gateway takes five working days to process refund transactions. Your refund will reflect in your account after that duration.

Why cant I track my order status using the AWB number provided to me?
The courier department takes up to 24 hrs to update new AWB numbers in our system. You will be able to track your shipment status within 24 hrs of your order being shipped.
